Since 2016 British Council is implementing an impressive Programme "People to People Cultural Engagement 2016-2021" in Baltic States, aimed at supporting activities in education, culture, art, social entrepreneurship and civic engagement. The Programme is implemented in co-operation with local organisations.
The main objective of this programme is to provide people with opportunities to learn required skills: to develop new approaches to the daily life challenges; to notice opportunities that may help to integrate themselves entirely in the society; as well as to take part in decision making in their communities, countries, and the EU, simultaneously strengthening relations with the United Kingdom.
